Standard and Comprehensive Coverage Plans for Tourists
May 26th, 2012 by VisitorHealth

India Network Health Insurance is a premium provider for Travel Insurance for tourists visiting the United States.

There are several different plans available for customers, including Standard and Comprehensive Health Insurance for Tourists.

The Standard coverage plan offers maximum coverage ranging from $50,000 to $150,00 and offers excellent daily and monthly rates. The Standard plan also offers coverage for $100,000 to $150,000 and PPO Networks are not required to purchase a plan. Standard Coverage options have lower premiums than Comprehensive rates. However the main difference between the different coverage plans is the Standard Plan uses reimbursement levels for the hospital room, surgeon, day surgery miscellaneous and other in-patient and out-patient services. If the costs exceed the schedule of benefits, the balance is the responsibility of the insured.

The Comprehensive plan offers maximum coverage of $75,000 and $150,000 and while it has higher daily and monthly rates, the rates are negotiable, which makes it an excellent choice for Insurance for Travel. Has a higher monthly premium than a Standard Plan and requires a 20% co-insurance for the first $5,000 of medical expenses when using in-network MultiPlan providers.  It has one Standard Deductible choice of $250, and if pre existing condition coverage is elected with the comprehensive plan, it has only one Pre Existing Deductible choice of $1,000. Comprehensive Coverage Plans also require a Multiplan PPO Network.

India Network Health Insurance offers a variety of options for customers that wish to purchase Travel Insurance for Pre Existing Conditions, or Comprehensive Health Insurance for tourists that are traveling to the United States.
